All services provided by Kitcha Studio are carried out with reasonable skill and care.

 

The workmanship guarantee applies solely to defects arising directly from the preparation, painting, and finishing work completed by Kitcha Studio.

 

The guarantee expressly excludes any deterioration, damage, or defects occurring after completion, including but not limited to: moisture or steam exposure, water leaks, heat damage, impact damage, abrasion, misuse, improper cleaning methods, chemical cleaners, or general wear and tear.

 

Kitcha Studio accepts no liability for pre‑existing defects, structural movement, warped or swollen doors, failing hinges, loose hardware, or any previous repairs or coatings applied by third parties.

 

Any hardware supplied by the customer is fitted strictly at the customer’s own risk, and Kitcha Studio shall not be held responsible for faults, failures, or defects relating to such items.

 

Colour matching will be undertaken to the closest commercially reasonable standard; exact matches to digital samples, previous coatings, or manufacturer finishes cannot be guaranteed.

 

Kitcha Studio reserves the right to determine whether any reported issue falls within the scope of the workmanship guarantee.

 

Final payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
